I have grilled tons of veggies, but never a tomato (which I guess is technically a fruit although I always think of it as a veggie). Anyhow…I am so trying this now! I roast them all the time. I don’t know why I never thought to grill them. I’m definitely up for trying a new burger recipe and this looks awesome! I just don’t like plain jane burgers (and we don’t really do fast food either). Can’t wait to try this! 🙂

I’ve had a lot of burgers in my day, but never with parmesan cheese on it. What a great idea! And what a delicious looking burger!
